2. What data we collect
We only collect the data that the user voluntarily provides and the technical data necessary for the operation of the site:
- Contact form data: first name, last name, company (optional), email address, area of interest and message content.
- Browsing data: technical data automatically transmitted by the browser (IP address, device and browser type, date and time of access), processed for the security and correct operation of the site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To respond to requests for information, quotes or partnerships sent via the contact form (performance of pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest).
- To ensure the security and correct delivery of the site (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
4. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by any legal or documentation obligations. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Communication and transfer of data
Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. It may be processed by technical service providers (e.g. hosting) acting as data processors. The site does not use any third-party services that install cookies or tracking tools: the fonts are hosted directly on our server and no connections are made to external servers. Any transfers to third countries take place in compliance with the safeguards provided for by the applicable legislation.
6. Search engine indexing
The site is registered with Google Search Console for the sole purpose of monitoring the indexing of pages in search engines. This tool operates on the crawl data of public pages and does not install cookies on the user's device nor collect users' personal data through the site.
